President/Founder Timothy Demonbreun

SFC Timothy Demonbreun has served in the U.S. Army for 22 years, with the past 7 years being in the National Guard. Tim has deployed three times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, and has dedicated his life to serving and supporting others.  

In 2019, Tim received a Bachelors in IT Management from Columbus State University in Columbus, Georgia. During this time, he transitioned into an Electronic Warfare position with the Army where he was able to grow in the face of new challenges.


Tim was born in Fort Myers, growing up in Punta Gorda. After experiencing the world, he made his way back to Port Charlotte in 2019. Tim has been involved in the community, primarily with a non profit focused on substance abuse prevention and rehabilitation. 

CFO/Founder Amy Demonbreun

Amy is a Nationally Certified Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida in Tampa and earned a Master of Science degree from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Amy is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Practitioner.


Amy has made Port Charlotte her home after relocating to Southwest Florida in 1997. She has spent many years volunteering with non profit groups that focus on substance abuse prevention and rehabilitation. Amy is passionate about helping others, especially those with special needs.


Community Outreach Director Lisa Ayers 

Lisa co-owns and manages Ayers Flooring in Mounty Airy, North Carolina. In addition to the daily operations and showroom, she also is responsible for the staff, materials, accounts, and customer satisfaction. 

Lisa has served as leader in her local chapter of Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, leading and managing multiple fundraising events. While continuing to mentor other children, Lisa has been a constant guide in her teenagers' education and their sport teams.

Born and raised in Port Charlotte, Lisa has seen the changes in our county, and is passionate about helping others fight their battles with substance abuse. She has spent time volunteering with a non profit group that focuses on substance abuse prevention and rehabilitation, and wishes to bring that experience to Mulligan Project.
